Meant to serve alcohol and carbonated beverages for medium-traffic events, the Cambro BAR650DSPM668 Cambar® portable bar can fit into standard elevators. It measures 67¹⁄₂ inches wide by 28¹⁄₂ inches deep by 47¹⁄₂ inches high and is fitted with 6-inch casters for smooth maneuvering. Constructed of rust-, dent-, scratch-, and chip-resistant polyethylene, this unit is safe for indoor and outdoor applications, waterproof, and can simply be wiped clean. Its Sedona design features raised ABS plastic front and side panels and a decorative pattern over the fiberglass counter that matches a wide range of upscale decors.

This Cambro BAR650DSPM668 portable bar's post-mix system includes a Wunder-Bar® five-button soda gun, carbonator, three syrup pumps, one CO₂ regulator gauge with tubing, a hose and lines, a CO₂ clamp and chain, a steel bag-in-box rack, a line for city water hookup, a water pump, and a water filter—all necessary to mix syrup into carbonated beverages. This unit can hold three 5-gallon syrup boxes and one CO₂ tank, and as much as 80 pounds of ice can be stored in the ice sink. At the bottom of the sink, a cold plate helps direct melted ice into the wastewater bin while ensuring drinks are cool when dispensed. To prevent ice from contamination, a sliding sink cover is built into the sink.
