If the door is left open for as long as 2 hours, a 3D air curtain ensures the temperature doesn't drop below 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and this unit operates with environmentally friendly 404A refrigerant.

Durable for heavy-duty use, the Cambro ACU1826R000 air curtain refrigerator is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its tray slides can tilt to roll cans to the front for accessibility. This unit accommodates 10 full-size or 20 half-size sheet pans and is insulated to preserve energy and reduce temperature fluctuations. Positioned on 6-inch casters, it can be transported as needed, and it has a full-perimeter bumper to protect it from collision damage. To guide the refrigerator, it has recessed side grips and a rear-mounted push handlebar.
