Cambro 92HP150 Description
Designed to be transported from cooler to oven, microwave, or steam table, the Cambro 92HP150 H-Pan™ high-heat food pan withstands temperatures between -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Its amber color indicates it’s meant for high-heat applications, and this material is translucent for a view of stored ingredients. The ninth-size pan holds 0.6 quarts of product for salad and yogurt toppings, dressings, and sauces, and for stabilization on a food bar or steam pan table, a 1⁄2-inch flange is built into its perimeter. Its nonstick interior lets users scoop out product smoothly. After use, it can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
