Cambro 86VS101 Description
Compatible with circular plates, the Cambro 86VS101 Versa Camcover® plate cover is circular with an 8 1⁄4-inch inside diameter and 2 5⁄8-inch outside height. It's constructed of lightweight fiberglass, which is less noisy than metal plate covers and keeps food warm longer. Safe to use in temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be placed in a heated cabinet or microwave, and it remains cool to the touch. To maintain its antique parchment white appearance, it resists dents and scratches.
