The Cambro 82CW135 eighth-size food container has a 7/10-quart capacity and measures 21/2 inches deep—ideal for holding cuts of meat or sliced fruits and vegetables. It's constructed of durable polycarbonate, which is a toughened polymer designed to resist damage from impacts and chemicals. So operators can see its contents without removing the cover (sold separately), this pan is translucent. After use, it can be cleaned in a dishmachine and stacked with other containers.
