To indicate it's compatible with high-heat applications, the Cambro 80HPD150 H-Pan™ drain shelf comes in amber and matches other H-Pan components. This durable piece can withstand temperatures from 40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit—suitable for microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers. To extend service life and reduce replacement needs, it resists bending and denting. This shelf is designed to be placed in an eighth-sized food pan; its holes promote draining oil and liquid, while its flat surface lifts food from the bottom of the unit where liquids are pooled to reduce the risk of spoilage. To simplify serving foods directly from the drain shelf, its surface is nonstick.
