To reduce contamination risks, the Cambro 80CWCHN135 Camwear® food pan cover is notched so serving utensils can remain in the container. Constructed of sturdy, stain- and odor-resistant polycarbonate, it features an integrated handle that facilitates removing the lid from a tight seal. A simple peg hole minimizes condensation buildup and expedites drying, and after being sanitized in a dishmachine, it can be stacked with other Camwear covers. Overall, this lid measures 65/16 inches long by 53/16 inches wide and is made for 1⁄8-size food pans.
