Cambro 806CW486 Description
While the silver Cambro 806CW486 Camwear® plate cover looks like a classic metal plate cover, it offers more perks due to its plastic construction. This cover is made of polycarbonate, which creates a strong, lightweight structure that traps heat to keep food hot. However, because of the plastic, the cover's exterior doesn't overheat. Waitstaff can better manage the cover without risk of burns. The polycarbonate protects against common scrapes and dents, and maintenance is reduced, as there is no need to polish. Also, the plastic keeps noise levels low, so dining is not interrupted. The cover can withstand 210 degrees Fahrenheit and keeps food hot and appetizing until served.
