The Cambro 5FBRTT158 cold food bar transforms a typical table into a small buffet line for small events or venues. Designed to house salads, cold foods, and drinks, the food bar works best with cold foods because its polyurethane insulation keeps ice cold and maintains initial food temperatures with Camchillers®. This 5-foot bar showcases four full-size food pans as well as half-sized pans. Additional accessories, such as divider bars, crock holders, and salad bowl holders, can be purchased to support specific food choices.

Several features of the Cambro 5FBRTT158 aim to keep maintenance low. The bar's exterior is made of double-wall polyethylene, which can be wiped clean, and its red material hides scratches, so the cold food bar remains presentable over time. Its drain plug lessens the hassle of cleaning after an event ends. A sneeze guard is included as a standard accessory to keep food clean. Guests also can access both sides of the bar to prevent reaching over foods.
