Cambro 44CW135 4"D Quarter Size Food Pan

With a 4-inch depth and a standard quarter-size profile, the Cambro 44CW135 Camwear® food pan can hold 2.7 quarts of food. Because it's made of polycarbonate, it won't break, bend, or crack. This material keeps product as cold as metal pans, but it won't have the amount of condensation buildup. Safe for refrigerated storage applications, the pan withstands temperatures between -40 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The material is clear, so operators can check inventory with the molded-in graduation markings. Smooth with nonstick qualities, the pan interior is easy to clean and improves product yields. When stored with other pans, this unit can be stacked to maximize space.
