These pieces are made of durable, food-safe plastic that resists stains and chemicals to reduce flavor transfer. So staff can scoop product with ease, the interior is nonstick to minimize food waste. While the containers' translucent bodies provide some visibility of stored foods, the green imperial and metric graduations printed on the outside contrast against the neutral body, enabling operators to discern the exact inventory amount. To lock in freshness and reduce spillage, these pieces come with snap-tight polyethylene covers. These green covers match the graduations for quick identification of corresponding pieces during food prep. After use, the containers and lids can be washed in a dishmachine, then stacked together in storage.
