Cambro 28PP190 Description
As much as 122⁄5 quarts of chopped fruits and vegetables, prepared sauces, or dressings can be stored in the Cambro 28PP190 half-size food pan. This 123⁄4-inch-long by 107⁄16-inch-wide by 8-inch-deep piece is translucent, giving staff some visibility of the stored contents for quick identification. Made of durable polypropylene, it resists impacts to withstand high-volume back- and front-of-house use; it also resists chemical absorption that could affect food taste. Designed for placement in a food bar or prep table, a 1⁄2-inch flange encases its perimeter to secure it in place. While its smooth nonstick interior simplifies scooping thick product to minimize food waste, its textured bottom resists scratching damage as utensils scrape against the pan's base. The molded-in imperial and metrical graduations help staff determine remaining inventory amount. For thorough sanitization and simple storage, this piece is dishwasher safe and can be stacked with other half-size food pans.
