Built with thick polyurethane insulation, the Cambro 1318CC186 insulated food carrier can retain safe serving temperatures during the trip from kitchen to venue. Operators can lift its lightweight body, which weighs 243/4 pounds, with its two top-mounted, break-resistant handles. This Combo Carrier's gasketless door provides a tight, natural seal to maintain food temperature and can be fully removed or opened as much as 270 degrees for simple loading and unloading. Rotomolded and designed with a navy blue body, this seamless piece adds a pop of color or allows color coordination of specific foods. Users can write the product being held on its labeling area for simple identification. To accommodate four 21/2-inch-deep GN full-size food pans or eight half-size sheet pans, this non-electric container measures 17 inches wide by 253/4 inches deep by 223/4 inches high overall.
