The Cambro 10HPD150 H-Pan™ drain shelf is designed to sit beneath a buffet station food pan, giving it support while also draining condensation and spills. Its full size enables it to be used with standard 20-inch by 12-inch food pans. Great for most food bar applications, the shelf is designed to function in temperatures from -40 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
