The Cambro 100MPC110 Camcarriers® insulated food carrier has a capacity of 40 quarts and can hold full-size or fractional food pans as deep as 8 inches. Because it loads and unloads from the top, this food carrier keeps food pans securely in place and resists spillage. Its molded-in handles give users a place to grasp when lifting and transporting the carrier, and six recessed plastic latches secure the top closed. A built-in passive vent releases excess steam and pressure, while the gasket is removable for cleaning.
