Operators of the Waring WSM20L planetary mixer can use the side-mounted controls to adjust the speed between three different settings for mixing a variety of ingredients. For efficient use, the gear-driven unit has a permanently lubricated transmission, which also reduces maintenance needs. To ease cleaning, the bowl, whisk, and dough hook are made of durable stainless steel, while its aluminum paddle mixes ingredients.
