Crafted for wide-range use, the Waring WFP16SC food processor features an advanced design that enhances production outputs in commercial kitchens. Constructed of polycarbonate with a heavy-duty die-cast housing, this piece of machinery is built for durability. Its 2-horsepower motor generates high amounts of power to increase work production, while thermal protection is included to shut the unit off if it gets too hot. To facilitate user protection, this machine is paired with a safety interlock system, which shuts off power should an accessory be out of place to protect users. For seamless services, this processor can be turned on and off with its clearly visible buttons; it also features a pulsing function to create fine food particles.
For optimal use as a cutter, the Waring WFP16SC combination cutter mixer continuously feeds whole vegetables through its polycarbonate hopper and extra-large feed chute. Vegetables can be pushed down further with the small or large pusher to feed the produce into the clear, polycarbonate bowl as fragments. As a mixer, ingredients can be placed in the durable bowl after the S-blade is in position, simply requiring users to press the on button to initiate mixing. To help prevent leaking or spilling, this processor includes a LiquiLock™ Seal System that creates strong barriers to hold food in. While this piece of machinery is made of mixed materials, it should be washed by hand to uphold integrity.
