Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H Description

The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H half-size Vector® multi-cook oven is constructed of durable stainless steel and powered by electricity. The unit has three individually controlled cooking chambers, all of which are accessed via one door with a large glass window for visibility and monitoring. The full oven measures 211/2 inches wide by 391/2 inches deep by 365/8 inches high, and the unit sits on 4-inch adjustable legs.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H half-size multi-cook oven’s interior measures 1411/16 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 213/8 inches high. Each individual cooking chamber comes with two jet plates and a wire rack. The unit is controlled using a programmable touchscreen that can hold recipes and preset procedures.
