Alto-Shaam VMC-H3-DX Description
Ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens, the Alto-Shaam VMC-H3-DX multi-cook oven features three cooking compartments that can all be set to different temperature and time settings. These compartments hold three half-size sheet pans, are protected with a double-paned glass door, and include interior LED lights for optimal visibility. This oven is made of strong stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion, and its small footprint is suited for countertop placement. This sturdy appliance can be stacked to optimize limited space.
The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3-DX vector oven comes with three wire racks and six jet plates for adaptable cooking and is designed with a ventless catalytic converter. For even cooking, this appliance utilizes Structured Air Technology®, which sends vertical streams of hot air throughout all three sections. It has a USB port for digital connection as needed, operates with electricity, and is elevated on four 4-inch legs, which are adjustable.
