Alto-Shaam VMC-H2H Description

The Alto-Shaam VMC-H2H H-Series half-size Vector® multi-cook oven's simple touchscreen control panel can be programmed with frequently used recipes, making the machine an efficient and time-saving addition to cafes and coffee shops looking to offer a limited food menu. Its compact design measures 211/2 inches wide, 391/2 inches deep, and 295/8 inches high—ideal for use on countertops and workspaces. Its adjustable legs maintain stability on uneven surfaces.

The two chambers in the Alto-Shaam VMC-H2 multi-cook oven's interior enable operators to cook different menu items simultaneously to keep up with high demand. The two chambers have separate fan speed, temperature, and cook time controls, and they can both hold one full-size hotel pan. Because the unit doesn't require a hood to operate safely, it can be placed nearly anywhere in a kitchen providing the user with layout versatility.
