Alto-Shaam VMC-F3E-DX Description
Made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long-term durability, the Alto-Shaam VMC-F3E-DX multi-cook oven maximizes space in commercial kitchens. This unit is designed for countertop usage, and to further maximize space, it can be stacked with similar units to establish an even smaller footprint. Its three individual cooking chambers have separate time and temperature settings that can be adjusted on the deluxe touchscreen, and they utilize Structured Air Technology® to evenly distribute heated air for consistent cooking results.
The electric Alto-Shaam VMC-F3E-DX three-layered oven is part of the Vector® F series. This appliance's doors are constructed with double-paned glass to minimize temperature loss. The oven's interior lighting provides visibility as foods are cooking. Each chamber comes with one wire rack and two jet plates each, while the exterior features a USB port for simple connection to other electronic devices. This unit sits atop four adjustable 4-inch legs for further customization.
