With its black exterior, curved front glass, and reflective bronze French doors, the Alto-Shaam TY2-96-BLK full-service countertop display case elevates food pan presentation to grab attention for impulse buys. This 96-inch-wide by 495⁄8-inch-deep by 337⁄16-inch-high unit is sized for countertop placement in convenience stores, bakeries, delis, and grocery stores, and its black front and end panels match most decorative themes. For a full view of merchandised foods, overhead lights brighten the case. This cafeteria-style station lets employees retrieve purchases through the rear sliding doors, and two 36-inch by 10-inch work shelves add space for food prep and storage.
The Alto-Shaam TY2-96-BLK heated deli display case's 935⁄16-inch-wide well is divided into three heated zones with individual thermostatic controls, and to accommodate varying holding requirements, operators can set heat within the thermostats' 1-to-10 range. Halo Heat® technology circulates mild, low-intensity, humidity-free heat around displayed products to prevent them from drying out or losing flavor. This fanless, waterless system doesn't create condensation on the front glass to maintain a professional presentation.
