Part of the HSM series, the Alto-Shaam HSM-24/5S-T hot food merchandiser is designed for floor placement and can hold 80 pounds at once. This unit is spaced out with five heated shelves, each of which comes with four chicken boats and domes to facilitate stocking. Warmth is maintained throughout this display with Halo Heat® technology—a feature that circulates hot air to improve flavor and texture throughout long shifts. Additionally, it displays a silver and black body with window sides, all of which help to create a professional appearance.
The Alto-Shaam HSM-24/5S/T food display offers thermostatic controls to supply variability in temperatures and includes LED lighting across all five levels for optimal visibility. For simplified and convenient services, this unit is crafted with a front access panel. Similarly, this display is paired with four 3-inch casters for fluid movement, which eases restocking throughout the day.
