Alto-Shaam ED3SYS-48 Description
The Alto-Shaam ED3SYS-48 full-service countertop heated display case’s clear, tempered glass front and glass side panels provide a full view of displayed items while reflecting heat back inside the interior. The display case's sliding back doors create a full-service system where employees can load fresh foods from the back without disrupting customers. Its operator-side work shelf also permits loading and unloading products. For an enhanced presentation, this unit has overhead LED lights and a black exterior.
Equipped with Halo Heat® technology, the Alto-Shaam ED3SYS-48 countertop display case is designed to keep food warm and fresh without overcooking it. To achieve specific holding temperatures, the unit’s two heat zones can be adjusted from a 1-to-10 heat range via the individual thermostats. The display case’s top and bottom heating support a secure and constant temperature for holding prepared food. When a zone is in use, its respective heat-on indicator will light up.
