Alto-Shaam ED3-96 Description
The black design of the Alto-Shaam ED3-96 full-service countertop heated display case can complement many decorative themes and other grocery and convenience store equipment. The display case’s tempered glass front, glass side panels, and mirrored sliding back doors offer a clear view of merchandised products, and overhead light bulbs illuminate the display. For streamlined operation, this unit includes an operator-side work shelf and cutting board. To promote airflow, this display case is mounted on 4-inch legs with rubber feet.
The Alto-Shaam ED3-96 countertop display case’s thermostatic controls permit heating range adjustments across the three heat zones for precision-accurate product holding. This unit includes gentle, low-temperature Halo Heat® technology that conserves energy and preserves food quality. The seven pan sections can be organized and hold various pan sizes with the pan divider bar package; these dividers are sold separately.
