Alto-Shaam ED3-96 Description
Measuring 9515/16 inches wide by 4313/16 inches deep by 303/16 inches high, the Alto-Shaam ED3-96 full-service countertop heated display case is ideal for use in gas stations and convenience stores, as it fits on countertops and can increase sales. Overhead lighting illuminates the interior, drawing attention to food displays. This unit features glass side panels, sliding back doors, and a curved glass front. The back doors and side panels are removable, which enables cleaning during or after a busy shift.
The Alto-Shaam ED3-96 countertop display case is thermostatically controlled and equipped with a 1-to-10 heating range and three heat zones, which accommodate different holding requirements for a variety of foods. The display case’s ceramic heating elements and Halo Heat® technology emit consistent temperatures and turn on and off throughout the holding process to preserve product quality. Each zone can be monitored with the three heat-on indicator lights.
