Alto-Shaam CS-200 Description
The Alto-Shaam CS-200 hot carving shelf is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that's resilient for rigorous use, and to keep foods warm, it's fitted with a fixed infrared lamp. Halo Heat® technology provides uniform heating across the unit's base to ensure food remains warm during slicing. Designed for countertop use, it's built with 1-inch legs and measures 253⁄4 inches wide by 295⁄16 inches deep by 333⁄16 inches high.
To prevent food contamination, the Alto-Shaam CS-200 carving station has a clear, framed breath guard. Its cutting board accommodates 70 pounds and features a recess surface that catches drippings. Users can operate its heating and lighting system with its HI/LOW/OFF switch, while an indicator light glows when the base is hot.
