Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE Description
The Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE 120 holding cabinet has a capacity for as many as eight full-size sheet pans. Designed as a companion piece for the AR-7E rotisserie oven, this equipment's attractive styling makes it suitable for use in front-of-house. It can be stacked with that rotisserie oven or other AR-7H holding cabinets.
This cabinet's manual controls allow internal temperatures to be adjusted from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. An external temperature display shows the cabinet's internal temperatures so staff can quickly verify that food is being held properly without continuing to cook it. Low-E glass resists transferring heat through the door to make this Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE 120 holding cabinet an energy-efficient choice.
