Alto-Shaam 750-TH-DLX Description

To ensure its long service life, the Alto-Shaam 750-TH-DLX cook-and-hold oven's exterior and door are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which is durable enough to withstand high-volume use. It measures 25¹¹⁄₁₆ inches wide by 33¹⁄₂ inches deep by 33⁵⁄₁₆ inches high, overall, and is fitted with 3¹⁄₂-inch casters for smooth movement. Three wire shelves are built into the interior, while two stainless steel side racks provide 10 pan positions and are spaced on 1³⁄₈-inch centers. Its 22-inch-wide by 26¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 20¹⁄₁₆-inch-high interior can accommodate 10 full-size pans or 20 half-size pans to hold large batches of product.

To streamline operation, the Alto-Shaam 750-TH-DLX cook-and-hold oven features deluxe controls, enabling users to manage temperatures and timers, collect HACCP data, and engage with ChefLinc™ management software. Its Halo Heat® technology system doesn't use intense heating elements, fans, or added humidity to preserve food quality and lengthen holding times. Able to warm various products, its cooking temperature range is 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, while its holding temperature range can be set between 85 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. If temperatures fluctuate while the door is open for short periods of time, the SureTemp™ system recovers lost heat.
