Similarly, this oven includes the ChefLinc system—a WiFi connected network that supplies recipe downloads and uploads, data report retrievals, and software updates—and smart LED lighting along the handle to communicate messages and updates to staff members. Additionally, this unit is operated through natural gas, supplies two power levels suitable for most tasks, and sports a stainless steel construction that resists rust and corrosion.

The Alto-Shaam 7-20GPRO combination cooker is built in with two side tracks and eight non-tilt rails to support full-size sheet pans, full-size hotel pans, or a singular Gastronorm pan. It minimizes taken space when placed along countertop surfaces, while its four adjustable legs cater to most kitchen layouts. This appliance has two power levels and includes a large touchscreen display that houses programmable controls for most uses. Should messes or complications with temperature gauging arise, this unit is paired with a detachable rinse hose along the front and incorporates a removable temperature probe that simplifies calibration.
