Alto-Shaam 6-10GPRO Half-Size Combi-Oven, Boilerless, Natural Gas

Designed to increase cooking capability in busy kitchens, the Alto-Shaam 6-10GPRO half-size combi oven features steam, convection, and combination cooking modes. The combi oven is powered by natural gas and features a compact size measuring 35¹¹/₁₆ inches wide by 40¹/₁₆ inches deep by 35³/₄ inches high. This design can hold six 18-inch by 13-inch half-size sheets or seven 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans. In order to enhance durability, the combi oven is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion and damage resistance. It sits on four seismic legs, which enable stability on uneven surfaces.

As part of the Prodigi™ Pro series, this half-size combi oven is equipped with a 10¹/₁₀-inch touchscreen that houses pre-set recipes, features five cleaning modes, and provides options to select three total power levels. This touchscreen feature allows inexperienced cooks to operate the machine with ease and without risk to their safety. If the operator wants to adjust these recipes and other programs, they can use the cloud-based ChefLinc™ system.

To increase product quality, Alto-Shaam 6-10GPRO combi oven's Absolute Humidity Control™ offers adjustable humidity levels, while its removable "T" temperature control can monitor the temperature of the food being cooked to prevent it from overcooking. To ensure user safety, its SafeVent™ system expels excess steam and heat.
