The Alto-Shaam 500-2DN food warming drawer's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand intensive, repeated use. This construction also resists dents and scratches, and it can be wiped clean swiftly. This unit includes two compartments, each with a removable, full-size pan.

This Alto-Shaam 500-2DN food warmer features an adjustable thermostat for operators to maintain the ideal temperature of items waiting to be served. Its digital controls are intuitive and simple to use, and the unit can be powered on or off at the flip of a switch. To save space in crowded kitchens, it is stackable.
