The Alto-Shaam 400-HW/D6 hot food well unit drops into existing countertops to help both front- and back-of-the-house operations keep hot cooked food ready to serve. Its stainless steel interior and exterior can endure frequent use in busy restaurants, while its coved interior corners are easy to clean and prevent buildup of food waste and grime. This well accommodates four full-sized food pans, and fractional-pan divider bars are included for smaller pans.
