Alto-Shaam 1750-SK-DLX Description
From the Halo Heat® series, the Alto-Shaam 1750-SK-DLX commercial smoker features a double deck that can hold full-size pans in total. Each compartment holds 100 pounds of meat, which is ideal for high-volume operations. For durability and corrosion resistance, the unit is constructed of stainless steel.
The Alto-Shaam 1750-SK-DLX smoker ovens are controlled via the touchscreen display, which can be programmed for various recipes. These deluxe controls also offer HACCP data collection. Additional accessories, such as a rib rack for each compartment and sample bags of various wood types, are provided for ease of use.
