Alto-Shaam 1100-RW-QS Description
The Alto-Shaam 1100-RW drop-in soup warmer heats 11 quarts of product using a pan insert that is sold separately. For delicate foods, the Halo Heat® system provides even heat that is unlikely to scorch product, and for dense products, the heat intensity can be turned higher. This unit has 10 different heat intensities, selectable with a single control knob.
Great for restaurants or buffet lines, this Alto-Shaam 1100-RW round drop-in warmer is made of durable stainless steel. Its remote control is connected to the unit by a watertight conduit. Because it uses a remote, the controls can be installed in an accessible area for staff or at a distance from buffet eaters. Insulation in the base traps heat in the well and prevents the counter from getting too hot.
