Dexter Russell 36004G Description
With a name meaning "three virtues," this Dexter Russell S360-7G-PCP 360™ santoku knife performs best with slicing, dicing, and mincing. The 7-inch-long blade is shorter than standard chef's knives with a less curved blade and less pointed tip; this shape is ideal for scooping chopped ingredients after prep. Its edge has a straight design and the blade is stamped instead of forged. Made of DEXSTEEL™ high-carbon steel, the blade is strong and resists corrosion. The handle is made of polypropylene and Santoprene®, so it's comfortable to grip and much easier to clean than wooden alternatives.
