This rigid blade is sealed to the handle for lasting durability and sanitation. Its textured SANI-SAFE® handle provides a slip-resistant surface that enables users to cut meat from the bone with a secure grip, and after use, it's simple to wipe clean. Because it comes in white, the handle can be integrated in HACCP color-coded systems.
