Dexter Russell NTL24 Description
The Dexter Russell NTL24 Sani-Safe® net line knife features a 31⁄4-inch blade that's resistant to stains and corrosion due to its high-carbon steel composition. To prevent user injury, its handle is constructed of polypropylene that doesn't slip during use. Its white material is suited to support color-coding efforts to prevent cross contamination on the cutting board. This knife also includes a black belt sheath for proper storage and to protect the operator when it's not in use.

Not what I expected, not happy
"I wanted the rubber handle with this knife, my bad for ordering the wrong item and not reading it more carefully and not understanding that polypropylene is nothing more than plastic. I'm giving it one star because it came pretty quick, although the box had a hole in it and looked like someone was trying to get into it."
