Sporting a professional appearance, the Dexter Russell 40D-14PCP Connoisseur® roast slicer has a laminated rosewood handle designed for front-of-house use. It’s comfortable to grip and includes two brass rivets that keep the utensil intact. The 14-inch blade has a duo-edge structure to thinly cut meats in a single slice, while its oval indentions use meat oils and sauces for lubrication. Constructed of high-carbon steel, it can withstand high-volume use.
