Dexter Russell 1375 Description

The Dexter 1375 boning knife has a blade made of high carbon steel for strength and durability. The blade’s edge is ground and honed individually to ensure its quality. With the beech wood handle, your establishment is given a warm, classic appearance. Brass compression rivets are used to secure the wood handle to the blade since they will expand and contract with the wood, keeping a tight, secure fit. The Dexter 1375 boning knife’s blade measures 5 inches long, and the handle measures 412 inches long.
