With four heated holding shelves, the Merco Savory MHG42SSB2N holding cabinet is the largest-capacity unit in the MercoEco™ series. Each shelf accommodates two trays, which are sold separately, and includes a correlating flush-mount timer bar and digital controls. Operators can adjust temperatures to accommodate various holding requirements, and because each shelf generates a closed loop of radiant top and bottom heat, contents warm evenly. For products prone to drying out, users can add the included stainless steel tray seals to increase moisture concentration.
This Merco Savory MHG42SSB2N heated holding cabinet measures 191/5 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 213/10 inches high to fit on a compact countertop, while its doorless pass-thru design can connect a kitchen and prep area. Made of durable rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it withstands high-volume use in demanding kitchens and can simply be wiped clean between uses. As contents are heated, the exterior remains cool to the touch to reduce employee injury risk, and to access online resources, such as the service hotline and service tracking, this unit is Carecode enabled.
