The Merco Savory MHG24SAB2N freestanding warming unit is Carecode enabled to easily access key information online. Individual controls for each bin enable a variety of foods to be held, and flush-mounted timer bars offer an accurate time readout to simplify cleaning. With DuoHeat technology, this unit is capable of providing convection and radiant heat to hold crispy and juicy foods.
Because the Merco Savory MHG24SAB2N countertop warming unit has pass-thru design, it enables product access from either side. Each shelf accommodate four trays, holding food at warm temperatures until it's served. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resists rust and corrosion, while its exterior remains cool for safety.
