With DuoHeat technology, the Merco Savory MHG23SAB2N countertop warming unit features a combination of convection and radiant heat. Flush-mounted timer bars provide a readout of time remaining, while digital controls enable the temperature of each shelf to be adjusted individually. Because it's open on both sides, the cabinet can be accessed for loading and retrieval. It fits on a countertop and measures 297/10 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 112/5 inches high.
The Merco Savory MHG23SAB2N freestanding warming unit's exterior remains cool to the touch to reduce burn risk, while its stainless steel construction withstands rigorous use without rusting or corroding. Its two shelves each accommodate three trays, which must be purchased separately.
