To ensure foods are warmed uniformly on its two shelves, the Merco Savory MHG22SAN1N MercoMax™ heated holding cabinet uses DuoHeat technology—a system that transfers heat from the base and top. Operators can adjust the shelves' temperatures individually from 122 to 266 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital temperature controls as menus change. For product susceptible to drying out, users can add the stainless steel tray seals to minimize moisture loss.
As a countertop unit, the Merco Savory MHG22SAN1N measures 191/5 inches wide by 13 inches deep by 112/5 inches high. Both shelves each accommodate two trays, which are sold separately. Its stainless steel construction withstands heavy-duty use in demanding kitchens, resists rust and corrosion to preserve its original look, and is simple to wipe clean. During heating, its exterior remains cool for user safety.
