Merco Savory MHG22SAB2N 19.2"W Freestanding Warming Unit w/ (2) 12" Compartments, 120v

This two-shelf Merco Savory MHG22SAB2N MercoMax™ heated holding cabinet uses DuoHeat technology that releases heat from each shelf's top and base. As air circulates, it removes moisture from fried food to keep it crispy. Operators can use the included stainless steel tray seals to minimize moisture loss for product prone to drying out during holding, such as grilled chicken and hamburgers. To accommodate various holding requirements, both shelves have independent digital controls that are adjustable from 122 to 266 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can monitor holding times with the front-mount timer bars, and since their recessed designs reduce debris collection, they're simple to wipe clean.

For compact countertops, the Merco Savory MHG22SAB2N holding cabinet measures 19¹/₅ inches wide by 18 inches deep by 11²/₅ inches high. Its pass-thru design can connect a prep area and kitchen, suiting dual-handled pans so operators can grab a tray from either side of the unit. Each shelf accommodates two food pans, which are sold separately. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion and is resilient enough to withstand high-volume use. While product heats, the exterior remains cool to reduce the risk of user injury.
