The Cecilware SG1SG commercial panini press has a single grill with cast steel grooved plates that create grill marks on both sides of the product, giving it a traditional look. To keep cook times low, this press cooks both sides of product simultaneously, and its temperature goes as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a stainless steel finish, while the counterbalanced top plate ensures even cooking. For streamlined cleaning, its grease tray is removable, and for stability, the corners have nonslip feet.
