Cecilware Pro EL1624 Description
The Cecilware Pro EL1624 electric griddle has rotary temperature controls that can be adjusted as high as 572 degrees Fahrenheit. This griddle is designed to heat evenly without creating inconsistent hot spots. Its steel plate is 1⁄2-inch thick and smooth to facilitate cleaning. The unit heats with a single element and one operating zone; when the unit is turned on, a light shines to reduce accidental burns.
To capture food particles and debris, the Cecilware Pro EL1624 commercial griddle has a grease drawer, which is removable for emptying and cleaning. Splash guards on the sides and the back ensure grease doesn't splatter up and land on walls or surrounding equipment. Designed for countertop use, this unit doesn't occupy much space in the kitchen and is made of stainless steel to grant it a long life.
