ITI ME-222 6 3/8" Salad Fork with 18/0 Stainless Grade, Melrose Pattern

The ITI ME-222 salad fork's Melrose™ pattern uses intricate floral handle details to introduce a decorative look to traditional table settings. Though its design looks upscale, it's 18/0 stainless steel—a more economical alternative to 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel. This alloy consists of 18 percent chrome and no nickel, so it's less expensive than alloys with higher percentages of nickel; however, it withstands daily restaurant use. This 6³⁄₈-inch-long fork is meant for use with salads and appetizers.
