Nemco 6301-48-SS Description
Ideal for pass-thru windows and serving lines, the Nemco 6301-48-SS heat shelf keeps hot, cooked food warm until it is served. It uses a unique heating system to create a uniform heating pattern with a maximum level of 220 degrees Fahrenheit; this design reduces the risk of cold spots in the food. The operator has control over the heat level on the control panel, which is ergonomically designed and simple to operate. Both the top and sides are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, aiding in the cleaning process.
