The Global Solutions GS1680 commercial induction range accommodates pans as large as 10 inches in diameter. To facilitate cleaning, the cook top is made of glass and detects when a pan is present for automatic use. A touch pad on the front enables temperature adjustment from 140 to 460 degrees Fahrenheit, while a digital timer counts down until food is ready to eliminate guesswork. This unit operates with four power levels to cook a variety of product.
If something goes wrong while operating the Global Solutions GS1680 countertop induction range, it will read off an error code on the four-digit LED display. It shuts off automatically when a pan is removed to prevent injury, and to prevent overheating, it also shuts off when the temperature reaches unsafe levels. For durability, it's made of stainless steel that is strong enough to withstand high-volume use.
